Dear Excellency,
The Russian nation is going through a mournful period of intense pain and soul-searching following the tragic air crash of Russian “Kogalymavia” Flight 9268 on November the 1st.
On behalf of the Consulate of the Republic of Armenia, I would like to extend our heartfelt condolences, hand of consolation and of solace, to Your Excellency and all our Russian compatriots who are grieving the loss of their loved ones, brother, sister and family member.
May the memory of their living lifetime bring comfort to all the grieving relatives.
