Honorary Consul of the Republic of Armenia Mr. Arto Artinian delivered a Keynote Speech titled “Armenia: Nation of Innovation”
Accepting an invitation from Mr. Glen Chatelier of the Office of International Affairs of Assumption University, Mr. Arto Artinian delivered a Keynote Speech as part of the MBA Speaker of the Month program for MBA students in the Graduate School of Business at Assumption University, elaborating about Armenia and the relevance of the Armenian business environment with the Thai business and economic progresses. The introduction and presentation was moderated with the ever pleasing intellectual aura of esteemed Professor of MBA International Business Dr. Aaron Loh.
The presentation and networking event took place on Thursday 17th of August 2017 at Assumption University Huamak Campus.
The MBA speaker of the month initiative is a high level networking and co-learning event designed to give students, staff, alumni as well as corporate partners practical knowledge and association with corporate as well as public leaders by jointly discussing relevant issues and sharing pertaining insights and analysis.
Mr. Arto Artinian’s “Nation of Innovation” presentation journeyed through the geographical, historical and ethnographic aspects of the Armenians, the general structure of the Armenian nation, factual data and statistics about Armenia and the Armenian economy, the recent economic development taking shape, the open door economic initiatives which are underlined by the current government, the Eurasian Economic Union affiliation, membership and strategic benefits, the tactical developmental factors of the Armenian ecosystem and the overall digital inclination of the new generation of Armenian businesses, drawing parallels with the rise of innovation and the formation of the smart economy.
The presentation concluded with 2017 “Visit Armenia” promotional clip, summarizing and concluding with an invitation to all interested fellows and students to visit and discover Armenia.
